Email seven@sevenwears.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

Damage or quality issues
Email seven@sevenwears.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
